About Us

This group was started in March 2008 when a group of four teens stumbled into a conversation together. We decided that it would be a great idea to form a group so that we could meet other teens and talk on the radio to people with an interest in amateur radio in our own age group. We also enjoy talking to the adults though!

We met on 147.250, on the Asquith repeater owned by Hornsby and Districts Amateur Radio Club (HADARC), but we would love to talk to people (but especially teens or kids) all over the world.

If you are a licensed amateur radio operator under the age of 18 we would love you to join our group. Check out our net times. These are just times when we try and meet up, it may not always happen! Or you can email us to get more details.
